I am very excited to show you the latest project I’ve been working on: The music video of Larissa White’s first single “Night is Over”. I was responsible for the styling, make up and costumes on set and it was a great experience working with these gorgeous girls and all in all I am very proud of the result! Look for yourself:

I’ve been working with Niels Reinhard, the director of the video clip for many many years now and it is always great to have someone who believes in your work and trusts your opinion. I also thought it was very pleasant to work with Larissa who had a vision of the video in mind and knew exactly what she wanted to create. We had a lot of fun creating the looks and going through her wardrobe. The most difficult part for me was sorting around 400 images of clothes, shoes and jewelry and create the looks in my head before I could see the complete look on the girls. The shooting itself was so much fun and we had two more make up artists for the club scenes so it was not too stressful. The more natural looks I did all by myself but we had a lot of time that day so it worked out great.

Das Video zu Larissa White’s erster Single “Night Is Over” ist heute endlich veröffentlich worden! Ich war für Make up, Styling und Kostüm verantwortlich und ich muss sagen die Dreharbeiten haben so Spaß gemacht. Ich habe in der Vergangenheit schon oft mit Niels Reinhard, dem Regisseur des Videos zusammengearbeitet und es ist schön zu wissen, dass dir jemand vollkommen vertraut. Auch die Arbeit mit Larissa hat sehr großen Spaß gemacht, da sie genaue Vorstellungen hatte und unser Geschmack sich super ergänzt hat. Am Set hatten wir beim ersten und härtesten Drehtag zwei weitere Visagisten, so dass ich  nicht zu viel Stress hatte mit dem Schminken der Mädels für die Club Szenen.  Am schwierigsten fand ich persönlich die Looks in Gedanken zu kreieren bevor ich sie komplett an den Mädchen sehen konnte. Das war eine Herausforderung, denn ich hatte an die 400 Bilder von einzelnen Kleidungsstücken, Accessoires und Schuhen und das Ganze dann so zu kombinieren, dass die Mädels auch zusammen in der Gruppe harmonierten war natürlich auch nicht ganz so einfach aber ich bin im Großen und Ganzen mehr als Zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis und ganz schön stolz auf unser Projekt.
